Resilience

Resilience is directed to a teachers stress and how they control there emotional
and phisical behavior. Teacher are in schools to teacher children and prepare
them for a career in the future.
To help the profession of a teacher, students need to understand
the communication amongst each other. Therefore, making steps to meet
new people of different religion, race, and culture in order to make communication
successful.
Also patience is a vutrue that teachers need to have when conducting children.
Patience creates wheather the teacher when first starting out is successful.

Humility

Humility demonstrates a teachers way of punichment or failure.
The last time I was wrong was when I tried to tell my mother
how I have more success at school than she did. I humiliated her
and felt terrible.
Humility is not a good skill to have when teaching because
you can hurt your students feelings. Which then will lead to loss
of control in the classroom.
Humility is not meant for controling someone or to encourage them.
It is a way of puniching someone in public.
As teachers we need to have the students thinking positively by encouraging
others. Not making negetive comments that define humility.

Collaborativeness

A collaborativeness is a team effort on a problem or discussion.
A teacher is involved in many collaborative groups, and must
work with other members in the group in order to have success.
Collaborative group work brings many opinions that can bring new
ideas into the problem. The group is better to be successful virsus having
one persons opinion.

Efficacy

In education I believe that
teachers need to have self-awareness
of how there students are learning in
their classroom. I think that if the children
are attentitive and are asking
questions in the classroom then the children are
learning. In result of the children learning build oneselfs'
confidence, persistence, and the ability of the childs work ethic.

Inventiveness

I think that teachers encourage students by their attitude toward the students and modeled
behavior in the classroom. Teachers need to have knowledge based skills to teach their curriculum.
Students brains are full of creative ideas that I think some teachers overlook and don't take advantage of it. Students imagination is even more valuable in the classroom, because it sets how
far the brain can be inventive. I think that most students in the 21st century will be much more well rounded for the world because they will be able to create new ideas and grow further with there digital identity vursus in the old days where we could rely on our daily identity that would be inventive enough to apply for a job.

Reflectiveness

I feel that being relflective as a teacher is hard for some teachers.
Some teachers feel that a specific person may not be sufficiently critical about ideas
that occur to him or her. To reflect on ourselves as teachers, some people think
that it is the heart of the teaching process. I feel that it could be true the process does make
ones self a stronger teacher and makes them know what skills and methods are working for their classroom. As a student, we never want to admit that we are wrong, so for the normal teenager it is very hard for a student to reflect.

Passion

When I was in High School I was very interested in learning
about my roots and where I came from. I wanted to first learn the
language of my country to be able to communicate with people from
my country. In result I decided to take spanish and my attitude was
extremely excited. However my teacher for spanish was kinda mean
and had a bad attitude towards the students. She was very negative
and neglected the students who were at a slower pace of learning.
I began to loose the passion for my culture and from that day forward
I began to hate the language. However when I came to college my
attitude changed and know I am a spanish minor, but I will never forget
the teacher with the bad attitude.

Compassion

When I was in fifth grade, my teacher
noticed that I was struggling in math.
Instead of letting me keep struggling and
just getting by, he wanted to help me succeed.
He showed his compassion by spending time with me
after school for a couple of hours. He had a great attitude to
help me learn, and get motivated for math. However he just didn't
help me, but he helped other student too that needed compassion!

Respect

In Teaching Education the word, "Respect" gets thrown around a lot.
What do I think respect means in the environment of teaching?
I think respect is used mostly when bad behavior is taking place.
Respect is used to discipline or remind someones responsibility in that
particular situation. Respect is used to show kindness, caring, and forgiving
attitude toward someone.
